The launch of Apple iPhone 12 series helps wireless charging market to become popular. In particular, the magnetic wireless charging technology launched by official Apple makes wireless charging accessory market develop towards frivolity. Magnetic wireless charging accessories that are light and compact spring up as bamboo shoots in spring, bringing many benefits to the industry.

In order to meet the frivolity of magnetic wireless chargers, Acutepower takes the lead in launching a single chip integrated wireless charging solution, which is AT8910. A chip can finish most works in the development process of wireless chargers, simplifying PCB design and reducing the difficulty of product development as well as having an obvious effect on controlling product cost and accelerating product launch. Thus Acutepower has become one of the few manufacturers that have the ability to design transmit chips of full integrated wireless chargers in the industry.

Acutepower AT8910 is compatible with WPC QI V1.2.4 standard. It supports output applications from 5w to 15W, USB fast charging adapter input applications from 5w to 20W, 5v~15v DC input applications from 5w to 15W, fixed-frequency voltage control, dual coil applications. A full-bridge power MOSFET and voltage/current two-way demodulation are integrated in it, which supports FOD foreign object detection. The input voltage of the chip reaches up to 20V. The charging efficiency of the system is up to 83%. A 5V/200mA buck converter and 3.3V/100mA regulator are integrated to supply power to the wireless chip. It supports UART serial interfaces and can be used to upgrade firmwares. It also supports other custom protocols. Underpressurization protection, overpressurization protection and overcurrent protection are integrated in it, which support NTC overheating protection, QC fast charging voltage application and LED indication status. Acutepower AT8910 is packed with 5 x 5mm QFN32 package.
